Regardless of which state you are a resident of, Oregon Law restricts cardlock gasoline to specific users. If you wish to dispense cardlock gasoline in Oregon, all
of the following must apply:
You must provide Estacada Oil Co. with proof of business such as a Federal
Identification Number, a current business license or a copy of your Schedule “C” or “F” from your most current income tax return.
The owner of your organization (or an officer) must sign a contract with Estacada Oil Co. certifying that she/he understands and meets the requirements of the law.
All Oregon cardlock gasoline must be used exclusively for your business. All personal use is prohibited, even if the vehicle is owned by your business.
Gasoline vehicles must be registered to your business.
You must purchase a minimum of 2,400 gallons of gasoline and diesel during any 12 month period (if gallons with Estacada Oil Co. are less than 2,400, proof such as receipts or
invoices from another source will be required).
The Oregon State Fire Marshall audits our records regularly as well as visiting the cardlock sites. Should a transaction occur that is not within the limits of the law our customer
could be penalized up to $2,500 and one year in jail.
